Waterproofing
Membrane to wet area floors, corners and wall returns, primed and cured before tiling starts. Quoted as its own line so you can see it.

Floors, walls and outdoor
Floor tiling
Large-format porcelain, ceramic and mosaic over checked and levelled substrates. Timber floors in older flats are sheeted before tiling.
Wall and feature wall tiling
Stack bond, brick bond and herringbone layouts, set out from the sight line rather than the corner.
Kitchen tiling and splashbacks
Cut around power points, window returns and rangehoods, with mitred or trimmed external corners.
Balcony and outdoor tiling
External-rated tile with an appropriate slip rating, correct falls away from the building, movement joints and a drainage detail at the threshold.
03 —
Repairs, regrouting and tile replacement
Not every problem needs a full re-tile. Cracked or drummy tiles can often be lifted and replaced where matching stock exists and the surrounding floor is sound. Tired or missing grout can be raked out and replaced, and failed silicone at the corners renewed.
Where the membrane underneath has gone, we will say so rather than grout over it — regrouting a shower that leaks below the tiles only delays the repair.
